A Thai farmer set out to find an alternative to chemical pesticides that are widely used on rice plantations. This is how it got to ducks, which protect the fields from pests. But it would take thousands of ducks to take care of all the rice fields in the region! Welcome to the Duck Academy, which trains 3,000 ducks to help control pests and provide organic fertilizer.
