The film tells the story of Pierette, a seamstress in Douala, Cameroon, accustomed to living from one day to the next, raising her children alone and taking care of her mother. Bad luck comes one after another in his life, but Pierette continues to sew, holding together the film and fabric of her life. A fiction film built largely from documentary material, Mambar Pierrette is a reflection of the main actress: brave, discreet and, above all, resilient.
